Pansion Strossmayer No1
it is located next to the well-known pizzeria Strossmayer in Strossmayerova Street, just a 20-minute walk from the main town square. The capacity of the facility is 34 beds. There is free parking within the pension. The bed and breakfast offers guests air-conditioned units that include a desk, a safe, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a private bathroom with a shower. The units have a wardrobe. In bed and breakfast, each unit includes bed linen and towels. A continental breakfast is available daily at the bed and breakfast.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND PAYMENT TERMS
This Policy regulates the terms of accommodation reservations, cancellation of reservations, and the guest’s obligations regarding payment for accommodation services at Pansion Strossmayer No 1.
1. Accommodation reservation
An accommodation reservation shall be considered confirmed once the guest receives a reservation confirmation from Pansion Strossmayer No 1 by e-mail, through online platforms, or via other communication channels.
2. Cancellation of reservation
The guest may cancel the reservation free of charge no later than 48 hours before the planned arrival.
In the event of cancellation within less than 48 hours before arrival, as well as in the event of the guest’s failure to arrive without prior notice (“no-show”), Pansion Strossmayer No 1 reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reserved accommodation service.
3. Payment obligation
The guest is obliged to pay the costs of the reserved accommodation in accordance with the confirmed reservation and the valid price list of the property.
If the guest fails to pay the due amount, Pansion Strossmayer No 1 reserves the right to initiate enforcement proceedings before the competent court, in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
4. Force majeure
In exceptional circumstances considered to constitute force majeure, such as serious illness, natural disasters, traffic accidents, and similar events, the management of the Pansion may, at its own discretion and upon submission of appropriate documentation, approve a refund of paid funds or a change of reservation dates.
5. Final provisions
This Policy applies to all reservations made directly or through intermediary platforms, unless otherwise stipulated by the specific terms and conditions of an individual platform.
Restaurant Strossmayer No1
returned to Osijek’s gastro scene. Located at the old, well-known address – Strossmayerova 133, the restaurant has been completely renovated in a modern setting. The offer consists of homemade Slavonian dishes, which includes a charcoal grill as well as veal under the oven. You can also find dishes from the Mediterranean climate, and the offer includes other pastas as well as pizzas and street food in the form of hamburgers.
